This notice explains how Basal collects and uses information during its 7-day SMS pilot.
Information we collect
- Enrollment details such as name, mobile number, clinical role, shift context, selected goals, and safety flags.
- Your SMS consent record, including the date and method of consent.
- Your pilot responses, activity completion information, and brief outcome feedback.
- Basic technical records needed to deliver and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information only to enroll participants, deliver the Basal pilot, personalize appropriate activities, manage opt-outs and support requests, evaluate the pilot, improve the system, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
SMS data and consent
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose limited information to service providers that help operate the pilot, such as Tally, Make, Google, and Twilio. These providers process information only to support enrollment, automation, data storage, and message delivery.
Retention and security
We retain consent records and pilot data only as long as reasonably needed for pilot operations, evaluation, legal obligations, and proof of consent. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Children
The pilot is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
