SMS Program Terms

Program

The Basal Pilot is a voluntary 7-day SMS program for enrolled healthcare professionals. Messages may include brief functional-support activities, reminders, and pilot evaluation check-ins.

Opt-in

You enroll by entering your mobile number in the Basal enrollment form and separately checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent must be provided by the person who owns or is authorized to use the mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Participants receive approximately 1–2 automated messages per day for 7 days. Frequency may vary based on participant replies and pilot workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further pilot messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
